Awalan Happy New Year Everyone - 3asa istanastu oo inshallah alfain oo tis3a itkoon sina a7san min ili gabilha

So I have been tagged - basically the ten honest things tag so here goes:

1. I cannot take compliments - ma3arf shagool when I get a compliment oo theech ilsa3a the simple "Thank You" always skips my mind. Usually I just do the fake "wee I'm blushing" thing and start a new sentence with "anyways what were we saying?"

2. Yes I have the typical girlie shopping obsession but I actually enjoy shopping for guys stuff and bedsheets. My best shopping trips were when my bro was going through a wardrobe style change. Gave up some nice designer bags to get him his Abercrombie shit.

3. I pay attention to details too muuch. Wala shay yfootni. I don't like that. Wayid za7ma fi rasi I need a break.

4. I am waaaaayy too trusting. I put blind trust in people whether male or female if they are friends and purely for the reason that they are my friends. But the moment a guy informs me that he is interested in me romantically I automatically loose all trust for him. I'm a freak I know.

5. I dream in parts. Like a musalsal. Ilyoum il7alqa ilowla bacher ilthania oo so on. And with too much detail its scary. Like details like what pattern was on the towel and what pple were wearin. Of course ilkil 3ala I'll mowtha. Loooool.

6. I used to read Mizz magazines and Just Seventeen religiously. Way past my 17th birthday. Loooool how embarrassing. Also I have read every single Jackie Collins novel before the age of 14 that my teacher had to complain to my parents that I was reading books waaay above my age.

7. For some reason I can't sleep on my bed without kadsat thyab 3ala ilsareer. Law the bed fathy ma anam mirta7a.

8. I give off the impression that I am a very confident person but I actually am a huge wimp that lacks confidence. I am anti-feminist and I'm looking for my knight in shining armour that will make me useless and redundant while he does everything for me. I do not like being Miss Independant. I wanna be the Queen of my House. I do not work cos I need it but because I enjoy it. Despite the whole career woman bullshit I will quit my job the moment I have a baby.

9. I have only had one relationship that I consider serious and it lasted from the age of 13 til 21. The others were disasterous souffles. Yet I don't regret anything I just regret lost trust.

10. I have never used a phone other than Nokia phones. I'm very anti anything non Nokia. I'm especially anti-Sony Ericsson yet during my last change I considered the BB or the iPhone. As you see the BB won.

Of course except for the one bite on my ass. 6ab3an ma y9eer that one is small. Lazim its soooo huge and painful I have to sit on one bumcheek cos its too painful to sit normally. Its so swollen I feel I'm growing another ass.

What's with the breakout on my face ba3ad? Sh9ayer?!?! Three days ago I got compliments from four people about how my face cleared up and now it looks like I got hit by tiny gun pellets.

And no I'm not PMSing. I'm just angry with the world.

Ok so this is supposed to be a test post. I don't know whether it will work or not cos I can't check blogs from my blackberry but I guess either I go online when I get home or I receive congrats comments from u guys. Cos I receive emails letting me know who said what.

Updated - My Blackberry Bold

Yep you got that right - I got the Blackberry bug. Quite a Bold one as well. Teehheehhee.

Update: I was having trouble shifting my almost 600 contacts from my old Nokia to the blackberry. My Omani simcard would not shift anything funny it would only take the clean ones. The old simcards would shift everything and split them up. Funnily enough I used my Etisalat simcard and it worked. It even carried ALL the contacts in one go. I expected I had to do a few trips since last time I check the simcard only carried 200 contacts. I synchronised everything on Outlook and Im in the slow process of cleaning up all my contacts. Bit by bit. Then finally I will have my dream clean tidy and complete address book.

Im getting used to it and Im loving it so far.

Fastidious Babe: I need your advice. How can i get blogger on my BBB?? I keep getting server busy. But only for blogger. Everything else is fine!!!

Excuse me while I go install BB MSN Messenger. LOOOOOOL

19 days to the 19th

Im not really a fan of football but when it comes to the gulf cup im suddenly a hard core fan. In the 17th cup when Oman lost in the finals to Qatar in penalties, I cried. In the 18th, I didnt even bother getting worked up cos I knew the Emaraties were going to be buying the cup (no offence to anyone I swear). So besides being the best team in the GCC, I am depending on the trend of the host country being the winner of the cup and since we are hosting it then the cup is Omani inshallah.

Another reason Im excited is the fact that Oman will have 7araka. Ive already spoken to some of my Khaleeji friends and whether they will be coming over to attend any of the games. The girls are coming for fun but the boys will come for the games I guess. But with the great weather and all the 7arakat that people like doing during football games, there will be a really nice atmosphere in town. Cant wait. 19 days to go.

So round one will be as follows and then depending on the winners it will move into the semi-finals. My prediction is Oman will beat Saudi in the finals. 2-1.

Have you ever passed by a cheap bar or gone into one of those restaurants with Karoake or even one of those places that have bands. The kind of bands that stay for a month and leave?? Well we have a few of these places here in Oman. The bands are usually Philipino or in some places its just one Philipino chick that is singing yaz3am for entertainment.
