As I am new to this "blogland" as most of you so affectionately call it. I am beginning to realise more and more that my stay here will be shortlived. Why?? Cos I dont know what the hell Im doing. Im trying to figure out how to personalise my blog and everything I come across is a code. Im not at all an IT minded person.
When I first started my blog, I had the support of a net friend from www.omanicrib.com who suggested I get a counter. It took soooo long for me to figure out exactly what to do even though she was walking through it step by step.
Now I realised that I dont remember other people's blogs that when I visit I think "hhmmm, I would like to come back to this one". Next day Im like "what was that one I saw yesterday??!!!"
Blog Help is no help AT ALL.

the whole 'blogging' progressment is a self development process. so there's no need to panic if you don't know what to do and how to do it.
this is a helpful blog that would give a headstart in the right direction:

it has templates and other ways to insert audio, flash and the such to tingle up your blog...
or, just google 'blogger templates (download)' and go through that list, whichever suits you
hope i helped you out..
and by the way, if you liked someone's blog just add it to your browsers favorites and then add it to the code within the blog template of where they have at first google news - substitute the address and name and tada!

relax 3aneeda, and it didnt take very long for you to figure out the counter thing. i'll walk you through it again. its a trail and error thing. you can either do it manually like Ali suggested, bookmark blogs into a folder in ur favs or for a little more advance use www.bloglines.com, you "subscribe" to the blog, and it lets you know of new posts and updates of the blog instead of you checking yourself. it works like a dog that fetches news for you.
Nice interesting blog... Pls dont make your stay short lived, make it long lived..

Nice blog you got here 3anooda, and yeah just chill and relax. You'll eventually figure out how to use the blog features. lol I've been blogging for over a year now and i still have absolutely no idea how to attach pics to my posts!
