Its simple all u need to do is downsize all running programs or windows. Then press the "PrtSc" (Print Screen) button on ur keyboard. Then go your start menu and select "Run". Type "mspaint" and when it opens then click on edit paste or "Ctrl+V".
Save the document and then attach it to your post in ur blog.

Noors - when u are editing / creating a post there is a lineup of things one of them is the hyperlink one right. the last one is a pic. if u click that, u get a pop up box asking u which image u wanna upload and then just choose the image and end of story.
QC - I cant beleive that you have the same background pic for over a year!!! didnt u try changing it??
