Well, all areas have some names unique to them. I am sure there are plenty of names unique to Oman too :-)
Hazza3 is an old name, if I am not wrong one of Sheikh Zayed's brother was also named Hazza3. As for Fazza3, its relatively a new name, rather a nick. I don't know if people have really started naming their kids Fazza3. Maybe it could be true :-D
Have yet to see a Bandar here in the Emirates, I thought it was a Saudi name.
And the naming of cartoons, maybe the reason is quite clear. The names reflect the place where the cartoons were translated. Cartoons of our times were translated in Levant region, hence reflected the names from there. Now as all of us know, most media businesses have turned their focus towards Dubai. What do you think? :-)

Hi Dear, I agree with Dubai Guy. I didn't know that the names in the Emirates are considered by other people as funny ! Those are original bedouin names ! I will not be rude to say anything about Oman because I rise above that ! Besides, Fazzaz is a nickname and Bandar is a Saudi name, you will never find it in the Emirates.
This guy is His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, his nickname is Fazza3, and there is a story behind it. He once helped a man whose car was stuck in the desert and the man didn't know who he was, so before leaving him, he told him: ent fazza3 ! and in case you don't know what fazza3 means, it means the person who helps others. From that day on, people started the nickname trend of Fazza3 !
He's a hard worker, following in the footsteps of his father, always around and doing good deeds.
