    Intermingling Lives

Do you ever feel that your life is 2 halves that just wont meet?!?! That you try so hard to make then join but there is some sort of invisible resistance!! Both parts are equally important and OH SO GOOD that u just want both to combine in order to become much much better but there is something there that just wont allow it. You try so hard but nothing works. Pushing. Shoving. Tricking. Begging. Nothing works.

And then when you find out the reasons they just dont make sense. The selfish bone in your body just kicks in and makes u lash out and scream, "what about my feelings?? dont they matter enough for u 2 to combine for me??"

Its confusing. You feel giving one side attention means u will loose out on the other side. And when you give the other side some attention, u feel u missed out on so much.

Does it have to be a choice??

I believe those are life's rules..

and what we get out of it is either to take it or leave it..

wouldn't have it any other way actually..having an option is better than having no option at all

life is such a crazy journey. even though life is more stable than it was in my early 20's, there is still that feeling that things don't always meet up, like you mention. i recently read a book called Chazown by Craig Groeschel, that talks about how to reconcile all the different parts of our life and find more fulfillment. it really helped me to see where my gifts are and how i can use those in my life. check out the book!

That's life..and it's our responsibility to learn how to deal with it the RIGHT way..
    Good luck with that.. :)
